Our school celebrated the 200^th birth anniversary of Swami Dayananda Saraswati with mass shloka chanting where around 520 students united in the sacred rhythm of Gayatri mantra and Vedic prayer. 200 young minds dressed as Swami Dayananda went around in a rally to the nearby locality singing the Gayatri Mantra and distributing books on the preaching of Swamiji. A skit depicting a few instances from the life of Swamiji was staged in front of the audience. A book – ‘Flames of Wisdom’ with a compilation of poems and essays written by our students on the inspiration drawn from the life of Swamiji was released on the pious occasion.
